The blood of the court martial Soldiers on Dasuki head? Fela, others must be free by @9jaclicktivist

When our troops were in extreme hardship and without arms to fight Boko Haram, Dasuki was busy enriching himself by awarding fictitious contracts, the soldier had no weapon to fight with, they had to run for their own lifes not to talk of protecting the citizens, Dasuki and the army faulted the soldiers behaviour, Dasuki and the army chiefs asked for the fleeing soldiers head in a plate of impunity and wickedness, he asked them to be court martialed and sentence to jail or death. What a wickedness!!
Today, the martialed soldiers were vindicated not by the usual Femi Falana in courtrooms nor Inihebe Effiong from the rights wing but by the office of the President of Nigeria after a strong probe had revealed that the soldiers indeed lacked weapons, no weapons were supplied to the molested and afflicted soldiers by their superiors, we cannot just forget the number of soldiers that died on the battle field all because of ‘No weapon’ this Ogas at the top disgraced the reputation of our great army in the international scene. Even Commanding officers such as Mr Durojaiye Fela and others were thrown behind bars for running to safety with their teams, for in the face of AK 47 and bombs who shall stand ? shall they fight with their teeths? at that point when they were surrounded by armed terrorists.
The Dasuki the Ijherikas, Olubolade and co, could not even stand the law of doing unto others as should be done unto them, ehnn on spoting security roundup in his house Dasuki screamed out all publications for his life, does it means the soldiers life does not matter to him? Dasuki and his cohort must rot in jail. Let the rule of law Prevail Mr President, the blood of the dead soldiers must be paid for, Dasuki should be asked for their bloods, our soldiers must be free!! please set them free from the bondage of jail and no weapon.

Youth Led Adult Mentored, Mr Dalong: Youths Are The New Waves by @9jaclicktivist

Dear Minister Dalong
,

I congratulate you on your new office as the new minister for youth and sport but I have to be blunt on our challenges and the problems ahead of you so you could garner solution unto them quickly.
Sir, Nigerian Youths were designed to do not watch. We arise to create not spectate. It is the responsibility of our Parent and the Government to train us on how to lead today not someday, how to exhibit our talent with sponsorship, how to turn our ideas to creativity and how to turn our innovation to production.
Today most youths are cultivating adult allies to mentor but news of the bad past, the corrupt class, those who died with great ideas, those whose innovation were brushed aside into eternal dustbin and those athletes who never get honoured and many more have thrown them into the backlight with confusion and vices of all evil sort, we heard about how Nigeria left the ace (www) internet developer Philip Eameguali unhelp, they heard about how the whites hijacked him and compensated his effort, Now many of them prefer to throw the innovation and ideas abroad, none is ready to serve its fatherland, Youths have always lack the guide, and support, yet we are the bain of National and Economic development, the largest in the labour force and also key to leadership development and success, I heard you and your team have come to change those problems facing us, as a matter of fact, Notwithstanding all we had gone through, youths are today the new waves, they have the greatest pact and part of energy, labour and centrifugal force that keeps the Nation moving, from Information and technology to Fashion, Sport and Entertainment, it all rested on our shoulders and it is the project and business of the government to empower us the more, to uphold our nation with love and strength straight from the heart. I can’t write this without sending a great shout out to our sport sector that have really soared high and made us proud in recent times, Today, all we are saying is that you should change our bad past, do your best as a the minister in charge of the future, this is your ultimate service for the generations to come as we youths are the leaders of tommorrow, the fundamental of Nigeria’s future is in your hand Mr Dalong. Get it right and don’t failed the other generation likewise unlike your predecessors, Youth is the new waves, deal with us in new ways.

Senate To Probe TSA Operations

The Senate on Wednesday asked its committees on Finance, Banking and other Financial Institutions and Public Account to carry out a holistic investigation of the operation of the Treasury Single Account (TSA) regime.
Although the upper chamber commended President Muhammadu Buhari for the introduction of TSA, it said its designated committees should look into the operations of the policy and report back in four weeks.
This followed the adoption of a motion entitled: “Abuse and mismanagement of the Treasury Single Account regime,” sponsored by Senator Dino Melaye and 31 others.
Senator Solomon Olamilekan Adeola (Lagos West) in his contribution commended the mover of the motion.
He noted that the fact that an All Progressives Congress (APC) Senator is sponsoring the motion is a clear indication of the commitment of APC as a party to the fight against corruption.
Adeola said the appointment of consultants to collect revenue is a global practice which is not new even in the country.
The Lagos lawmaker said he does not believe that anything had gone wrong with the implementation of the TSA until after investigation.
He warned the Senate should not put the cat before the horse by making unsubstantiated assumptions until proper investigation is conducted to find out if anything had gone wrong.
Adeola, who said there was no doubt that the government is making huge sums of money through the TSA noted that in one transaction alone almost half of the country’s annual budget was paid into TSA from banks.
He said that although government accounts are now being known through the TSA policy, a particular bank still concealed an account containing N40 billion.
He said the bank had already been fined N4 billion by the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN).

Nigerians Can’t Wait Any Longer For Steady Power Supply – Fashola

New minister of power, works and housing, Babatunde Raji Fashola, has told staff of the Ministry of Power that Nigerians had waited long enough to get power, hence, the federal government had no choice than to deliver.
Speaking when he assumed office yesterday, he said Nigerians were anxiously waiting for results.
He said his thoughts were on how to bring together processes and activities of all the ministries under his supervision for effective service delivery.
Fashola assured the Ministry’s leadership of his willingness to learn from them, describing them as “career people” who had been on the job for a long time.
“We want information on what has been done, what remained to be done, and what are the future plans, we want to continue from there,” he said.

He said he was also interested on how best to harness the available human resource and the physical assets in the ministry.
According to him, the information he seeks will assist as the administration hits the ground running, and that “we need to do more so as to regain lost time.”
Also speaking, the Minister of State, Power, Works and Housing, Mustapha Baba Shehuri, demanded for a detailed ministerial briefing document to serve as a guide for “proper take-off.”
Responding, the Director, Human Resources, Mrs. Grace Papka, gave copies of the requested documents to the two Ministers, in addition to a time-table for proposed briefings by departments and agencies in the power sector.

Chelsea End ‘Free Promo,’ Man City, United, Arsenal Win

The returning Diego Costa played a key role as Chelsea earned a much-needed win over struggling Aston Villa to ease pressure on Manager Jose Mourinho.
But the biggest win in the EPL came from Man City yesterday, as they thrashed visiting Bournemouth 5-1.
The striker tapped in Willian’s pass midway through the first half after defender Joleon Lescott’s mis-control gifted the ball to the home side.
It was a welcome break for the Blues, who doubled their lead when Villa’s Alan Hutton deflected in Costa’s shot.
Chelsea, 16th in the table at the start of the day, were not at their best – but Villa offered little.
What contributions Tim Sherwood’s side did make to the game were all in Chelsea’s favour as they repeatedly gave the ball away and were punished accordingly.
They remain in 18th place and without a win in their past eight matches.
Chelsea’s second home win of the season moves them up to 11th in the table, five points behind fourth place.
Raheem Sterling scored a hat-trick as Manchester City thrashed Bournemouth to remain top of the Premier League.
City were missing the injured Sergio Aguero but went ahead when Sterling poked in despite looking offside.

FIFA to elect Blatter successor on December 16 – BBC

Scandal-hit FIFA is likely to elect a new president at a Dec. 16 emergency meeting in Zurich, the BBC reported on Wednesday.
“The BBC has learned that is the likely date for an emergency meeting in Zurich to decide his successor,” the report said without citing sources.
“Representatives from all 209 member associations will be invited to the Swiss city to vote in a new presidential election,” it added.
FIFA president Sepp Blatter tendered his resignation last Tuesday, less than a week after Swiss police staged a dawn raid on a luxury hotel in Zurich and arrested several officials on corruption charges filed by U.S. prosecutors in New York.
However, Blatter is intent on staying in office until his successor is appointed.
“A final decision on the date for a presidential election is not expected to be made until July, but it is believed holding an emergency congress in mid-December is Blatter’s preferred option,” the BBC added.
FIFA confirmed in a statement on Wednesday that its executive committee would meet in July to pick a date for the full presidential vote, with various options set to be discussed.
Jordan’s Prince Ali Bin Al Hussein, who lost out to Blatter in election, is tipped as a possible candidate while Chung Mong-joon, the billionaire scion of South Korea’s Hyundai conglomerate, is also weighing up his bid to replace Blatter.

Open Letter to Nigerias New Service chiefs, NSA by @9jaclicktivist

Dear service Chiefs,
I wish to congratulate you all on your successful appointments, indeed it is an appointment based on merit, to check if you are responsible to handle crime I checked your tummy and noticed you aren’t pregnant at all, no pot of decadence in your belly. kudos!! You must be Great Commanders of armed forces each of you represents. Sirs, I want you to know that in the past 6yrs hardly does a day goes by without someone somewhere from talkback radio and writers’ festivals to Twitter and letters pages — fretting and wailing about Nigerian military life and the fact is we had a millitary system served by corrupt-intentioned service Chiefs and tireless bureaucrats who could not even account for all the money the government pumped into the millitary 6yrs ago till now, they did not provide weapons to the field of battle, yet soldier scampering out of confrontation from ordinary dane guns are killed for mutiny, a great height of wickedness, they have really shame the millitary, they politicize it, they disrespected and relegated it to monitor election zone while millitary are only meant for war zones. I want you to return the glory of the Nigerian millitary back to her discipline and respected days, dear service chiefs.
Firstly, I would want You to instill discipline into the army, take it faraway from politics and provide ammunition for combatants to fight the wailing BH terrorist to a stand still, I would want you to excercise transparency and accountability.
I would want you to please wake and resuscitate the intelligence Department to stop insinuating that terror was political but a menance that need quick interbention, I hereby challenge the service chiefs to work as a team in order to fight insurgency successfully. I implored the newly appointed service chiefs to avoid “unhealthy competitions” so that the Nigerian Armed Forces would be seen as a body fully united in defending the country from external aggression and in supporting other security agencies to check internal insurgencies and other security challenges”.

Is Nigeria a Federal Republic? by @9jaclicktivist (part 1)

Is Nigeria a Federal Republic? a bitting question out of imagination meant to be said in an incredulous voice, well as widely said,Federal Republic of Nigeria is a republic in West Africa on the Gulf of Guinea; gained independence from Britain in 1960;and most populous African country.
Federal Republic is a form of government made up of federal states with a constitution and self-governing subunits, but are the subunits in Nigeria self governing? No, our local government are not autonomous, they are under the boundage of the state government, O yes,I repeat, Is Nigeria a Federal Republic?. In a republic, people are assembled and administered by their representatives and agents, meaning each community have to have the same amount of proper representation in each of the arms of governing: Executive, Judiciary and Legislative, Yes in a multilingual nation with numerous ethnic like Nigeria everybody must be equally represented, why the one way appointments?..I dey laugh o.
A Republic must have equal opportunity, representation and rights, with a supreme equal law embedded in the constitution, Now why would sharia law be introduced into the nation this makes us serve under different Law then its a breach to what is called Federal republic, ehm, is Nigeria a Republic?

Our change has been hijacked! Time to start the fight all over again! @9jaclicktivist

Integrity is not enough! Our change has been hijacked! Time to start the fight all over again!, o yes! marauders have entered into the APC we vested our strenght into to make a change, the kind of change we all wanted,We kicked out PDP who are blessed with educated politician who are like fine Art teacher with ugly writing, to start with I would want to say a few thank you to all those who voted for change, A big thank you to all agent of change, including the man of change President Buhari.
As a clicktivist I criticize the government i love, and i speak scary truth without sentiment, Yes we voted for one certain thing CHANGE but as things are going now, the revearse is the case just because there are corrupt PDP virus ejected into the party through the magalicious merger my the APC which is widely spreading throughout the party system, The merged power drunk party members have taken over the party structure and the demons are reallg sucking off the passion of change of the progressives, I don’t really know why a stranger would come and take a total structure of a political party, imagine the father of the change party Asiwaju Tinubu and the Pendulum political virus Atiku Abubakar fighting for BoT Board chairmanship, a seat that should be automatic to Tinubu.
Take Atiku Abubakar, for example. Yesterday he was PDP; today he is ACN. Tomorrow he is PDP again; the day after he is APC. Only God knows what he will be in the future.Under normal circumstances, if one of the arch-enemies of your party decides to cross over and join you, you would be wise to be suspicious of him. He could easily be an intruding virus. He might be joining you in order to gather inside-information about you and hand it over to the other side. Therefore, you might not be inclined to accept him into your ranks. Or if you did, you would make sure he is excluded from the main organs of your party. Not so in Nigeria. A PDP member joins the APC and he immediately takes over the party’s political machinery in his state; no questions asked. Didn’t segun oni stole ACN mandate in Ekiti state?.This kind of conclusion has been proven rightly The first one was when some PDP Governors who had been excoriated members of the PDP, decided to cross over to the APC. The second was when the APC invited former V.P Atiku of all people to join their race to Aso Rock and total take over of the country political structure till when members of the APC also started migrating back to the PDP. And now these pendulum movement continues.APC is now the playing ground for policians who felt cheated, unpopular, or must-rule spirited individual, who only wants to get to power by all means, according to current statistic the major progressive who formed the party with a heart of progression have lost their vision to a treacherous merger, a magalicious politic.
Time to bring back the glory of the party, this same guys are playing a great SOP for the fall of the party come 2019, they have started to advise the President wrongly, Such as;
Nigeria’s current political appointment trends:A dare to Testing regional power come 2019, They make the president feel that the north who voted for him 3 time without winning are the ones who got him into power this time around A better way for PDP to win 2019 with the help of other regions, as Atiku have planned to become PDP flagbearer come 2019, he is ready to involve all region by weaknening the current dispensation with a one way political appointment
s.
Baba Buhari told us to relax and watch, time to know if slow motion is better than No motion, I think so, but a word to heros of change, Get rid of all commotions, To those calling for amnesty under the guise of change, Amnesty is promoting No-cause Terror
From oil spill, to blood spill, Nigerian what is the right pills? #No2amnesty
save the Change and let’s confront Nigerias problem equivocally

What Amnesty will cause: New Sect ‘Yanlabaiku’ Emerges In Kebbi Forbids Western Education, Shares Wives

NEW SECT ‘YANLABAIKU’ EMERGES IN KEBBI Forbids Western education, shares wives
A group known as “Yanlabaiku” with membership of about 100 followers which is also preaching against Western education has emerged at Gwadangwaji, the outskirts of Birnin Kebbi, capital of Kebbi State. The group lays claim to Islam and is conducting public preaching, meetings and processions though no violent activity has been attributed to it.
The group’s members are also called ‘Yanlokoloko’ which is one of the names of one of its leaders, Ismaila Lokoloko, who is assisted by one Bala Amadu.
The group is said to be opposed to one of the major teachings of the Islamic religion – the five daily prayers – as it allegedly preaches against offering them as Islam dictates.
Members of the group, which is said to have a slogan that puts belief in their Sheikh above God, are also said to willingly surrender their wives to spend the night with their important visitors especially scholars from the group.
Daily Trust gathered reliably from security sources in the state that the group’s leaders were part of the group that was based in Niger State before it was disbanded by government. Some of the present leaders relocated to Borno and Yobe states while others relocated to Niger Republic where they might have had direct contact with the Boko Haram.
“You might have noticed that their criticism of the five daily prayers which is a compulsory act in Islam is synonymous with the teachings of the sect sacked from Niger State, while the Boko Haram is known to oppose Western education. The issue of sharing their wives with their scholars is a known practice by some sects in the early 70s,” the source said.
When this reporter visited the group’s mosque at Gwadangwaji, behind the PHCN office, some of the members were seen sitting in groups around the mosque. One of the residents of the area, said while talking about the group’s members that, “they sometimes pray two raka’ats and terminate the prayer of three raka’ats saying that Sheikh will complete the rest for them and also that of four raka’ats, only two will be said instead.”
Some residents that spoke to our correspondent on condition of anonymity, said, “the group used to converge at Malam Labarasi’s residence in Gwadangwaji. Most of us don’t pray in their mosque. We did not pay much attention to them because until we started seeing journalists and other people coming to ask questions, we never knew them.”
Leader of the 1,600 Kebbi indigenes displaced by the Boko Haram from Borno State and Niger Republic and camped in Birnin Kebbi, Abubakar Gadu, in an earlier interview with Daily Trust said the leader of the Boko Haram group that led the attack on them in Borno State, one Bala is an indigene of Nasarawa area of Kebbi State and also a fish merchant in Doron Baga, Borno State.
When this reporter made attempt to confirm the allegations from the Imam of the group’s mosque, some worshippers at the mosque told this reporter that the imam had been dethroned few days earlier. However, the former imam of the mosque, Muhammadu Danmaihure, 45, who our correspondent met outside his residence near the mosque said he voluntarily resigned as the imam of the mosque about a week ago after serving in that capacity for over 15 years.
“I resigned from my position as the imam of the mosque about a week ago due some misunderstanding between the congregation and I,” he said.
But when pressed further on why he had to shift base completely from the premises of the mosque and the building opposite the mosque where followers of the group converged to preach, Danmaihure said: “I was forced to relocate to the frontage of my house to avoid interacting with the group after several attempts and sermons failed to change the minds of the group’s members on certain ideology they are introducing.
“I am an indigene of Kebbi State and resigned my role after 15 years of serving as the imam of the same mosque few days ago, because the sect kept insisting that after calling prayer, we must not wait for others to pray in congregation. So, I was not comfortable with that decision which resulted into a serious rift that led to my resignation as imam of the mosque,” he said.
When asked if the sect has any similarity with the Boko Haram, why they are observing two instead of the four raka’ats in the afternoon prayer and whether the members actually gave their wives to their visitors, he denied such allegations saying they were not true, adding, “I have also heard of such allegations which I believe are being peddled by people who are opposed to the sects ideology. One can say anything if he is opposed to your religious ideology,” he said.
“I was born and brought up in Gwadangwaji village over 45 years ago and we have been praying five times daily and it is according to Islamic injunction, We have no connection direct or indirect with Boko Haran group up to the time of my resignation as imam,” he stated.
He said the District Head of Gwadangwaji summoned him with a congregation of the mosque for a meeting on Sunday night that lasted up to Monday morning. He said the district head questioned his resignation as imam and asked questions on the recent developments in the mosque.
“I responded to him same as the response I gave to you journalists who came here on the issue. I also told him that, I am not aware of the purported existence of ‘Yanlokoloko’ group. I know Bala Amadu, but I do not know Ismail Lokoloko in this mosque. Bala lives close to our Sheikh’s house in Gwadangwaji. But, as I speak to you, he has moved to a place in Niger State about three months ago where he farms every season,” he said.
Danmaihure said he currently lives with his two wives and 14 children and that apart from the district head and journalists and some other people in town, there was no security agent that visited or invited him for questioning.
When contacted for comments, the District Head of Gwadangwaji, Alhaji Umar Ahmed, denied knowledge of the existence of the sect. But when our correspondent made mention of his Sunday night meeting with the mosque’s former imam, Danmaihure and representatives of the group, the district head shouted: “Why don’t you come and see me instead of questioning me on phone, Malam!” and hung up the call.
When our correspondent returned to his office after the outburst and asked him same questions about the alleged emergence of the sect, the district head first responded by asking our correspondent whether he has seen any of the sects member at the mosque, adding “I can’t tell you anything because as a district head I am not supposed to speak to the press. I am supposed to report to the government. So, if you want to know anything, you should go and ask the government.”
Meanwhile, Deputy Governor of Kebbi State, Alhaji Samaila Dabai Yombe, when contacted earlier on phone said all necessary action has been taken by government to checkmate the sect, adding that security agents are already on top of the matter. “Government has sprang into action with a follow up instruction to all security agents to bring down any such body that presents security threats to our people,” he said.
Nevertheless, Kebbi police command denied official knowledge of the sect as the Police Public Relations Officer, ASP Nafiu Abubakar, told this reporter on phone that the command was yet to receive official report of the sect, adding, “we have not received any official report of the emergence of the sect. However, we have dispatched some personnel to investigate the claim,” he added.
The premises of the mosque and a building opposite it which used to be a beehive of activities with the followers of the group engaged in lectures and writing on slates few days ago, is seen being deserted during the last visit of our correspondent to the area.
There was also no presence of security personnel at the mosque and the building opposite. It is also not clear if any member of the sect has been arrested for investigation.
About 1,600 displaced indigenes of Kebbi State and victims of Boko Haram attacks in some villages in Diffa State of the Republic of Niger were recently moved to Hajj Camp in Birnin Kebbi.
